Arjun Rampal. Attempted to capture his classic, symmetric and fine boned silhouette. Wish the pencil could englove his sensuous voicel.

Milind Soman. The original supermodel. Athletic, suave and comfortable in his skin …and such stunning tawny skin!

Rahul Roy. Aashiqui boy. Unusual face. Lean, sculpted – and in striking contrast with the fine floppy hair.
Of course, the term ‘Actors’ may be seriously debated in some of the above. Yet, it was a pleasure to pencil them down to paper.
Drop me your feedback!
Yes, once a Bollywood superstar, the Ashiqui actress is now a yoga guru. She is also coming with an autobiography soon. By the way, loved all your sketches. You are really super talented.

Thank you Anmol, for your comment and visit. I’m glad people still recognize Anu, in today’s world of ‘Out of sight, out of mind.’ She was quite a chiseled beauty, -although a lil unconventional for Indian heroines.

Do you, as an artist prefer to play with colors or with black-white shades? I prefer the latter over the former. There’s something magical about shades of black and interplay of shadows.

Oh of course I agree with you. I have an small container of a black watercolour and I can to apply shades with an small paintbrush. I’m seeing you are an expert. Best wishes and see you soon. Thanks for your comment.

I don’t know the stars (though I suspect my daughter does!) but the drawings are superb! You’re so very talented!

Stars are what we make them. They remain as dark bodies in the dark skies otherwise. Well, I’m glad your daughter knows the Indian faces.
I’m hoping to hone my skills better, esp with charcoal, since I love the interplay of black, white and all shades in between.

Hey that’s excellent! Good to see you pursuing this interest. Long long back, when in school, I used to sketch faces of Rekha and a few others. Never pursued it afterwards..
